ABOUT
As a writer, most of my work falls at the intersection of faith and mental health. As someone who is a Christian and who has struggled with self-injury, I live with the tension of believing in a God of healing while carrying wounds that don’t vanish overnight.
I don’t believe in tidy narratives tied up with a shiny bow. Healing is rarely linear, faith is often complicated, and hope is something we sometimes have to fight to hold onto. But, I believe our stories matter - yours, mine, and the ones we’re still living our way into. My deepest hope, whether our stories overlap or exist on opposite ends of the spectrum, is that my words help you see the truth baked into your own life.
When I’m not writing, you can find me exploring my way through every national park (Badlands NP is my favorite so far), sipping a salted caramel latte (iced and decaf, please), or curled up with a good book.
I’m so glad you’re here!
